Thirteenth Colony distills out of Americus, Georgia — not exactly a household name in whiskey geography, which is part of what makes this release so satisfying to track down. They blended 87% six-year bourbon with 13% seven-year rye, bottled it at cask strength (116.2 proof), and let the math do the talking. The rye doesn't dominate. It sharpens.
